Monash University Baseball Club plays in the Melbourne Winter Baseball League winter competition and the Baseball Victoria Summer League. The club, established in 1967, has a proud history – winning several A grade premierships and boasts minor league players and national players. We are seeking players (student, graduate and general public) of all abilities; male, female, rookies, ex-pro, ex-college, cricketers and anyone else willing to try to come down and play this great game. Our winter season runs from mid April to early September for playoffs, with pre-season training starting in March. Summer season runs from October to March. We also have regular social events throughout the year; including friendly rubberball games, bbq’s, trivia nights, movie nights and the presentation night.

We also actively encourage students to participate in the annual Australian University Games as part of the University baseball team. Other Monash students who play with other baseball clubs in Victoria are more than welcome to play with us at these tournaments.
