10,000 Steps Coast-to-Coast Challenge Competition Update

Hi Coast to Coast walkers,
Another good week of walking behind us all, and we now find that our
teams are scattered from the SA border with NSW to the SA border with
NT. In other words our lead team, the Marketing Marauders, are at
Kulgera, with 5 teams behind them that are ahead of the schedule of
being near to Coober Pedy. The remainder are slightly behind schedule.
Health Tip for the week: Walking is an excellent way to reduce high
blood pressure (or prevent it becoming elevated). It is important to
check your blood pressure regularly, the frequency depends on your age
- please ask your doctor.
