What are the Monash Games?

The Monash Games is an opportunity for staff and students across all Victorian campuses of the university to play modified sports in a fun and friendly environment over two days.

Previously known as the Metro Games, the Monash Games are now in it's third year and offers a number of different sports and activities with an emphasis on getting involved and ‘having a go’. All skill levels are encouraged to take part from beginners to those that are advanced.

Monash Games present a great chance to represent your campus, meet new people and become involved in university life. If you are interested in participating, you can register at your home campus.

Sport Competition Days Registration Fee
6 a side Soccer Thursday and Friday $10 per player
Women's 6 a side Soccer Thursday $10 per player
Mixed Netball Thursday and Friday $10 per player
Basketball 5 on 5 Thursday and Friday $10 per player
6's Cricket Thursday and Friday $10 per player
Volleyball Thursday and Friday $10 per player
Dodge Ball Friday $10 per player

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to assist in ensuring that the Monash Games run smoothly and that participants achieve their personal goals. Volunteering is a great way of making new friends, getting involved and having lots of fun. Volunteer roles include; administration, setting up and coordinating sports.
