Information on Classes

Sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization excercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals. Pilates A session that improves core strength, flexibility and posture. Tone and strengthen the deep and superficial abdominals, gluteals, hips and thighs.
The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. So grab a friend, get front and centre and get high on the feeling of dance. Step Boost your workout with moves that are choreographed on, over and around a height adjustable step. The simple and powerful moves provide an energetic atmosphere while helping to shape and tone the entire lower body.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body, challenges all you major muscle groups by using the best weight-room excercises like squats, presses and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast! Tummy, Hips and Thighs is a challenging lower body conditioning class that focusses on toning the body from the waist down.
Core Ball ^‘Pilates on the Ball’, A low impact class focusing on core strength training and conditioning using exercise balls. Three classes in one! Engineered to burn fat, tone muscle and increase cardiovascular fitness in one hour. NRG, Step and Weight Training combined to give you an efficient workout with maximum results!
Sculpt Ball Focusing on your core, this strength conditioning exercise ball session burns fat, while toning and sculpting your muscles in a weights orientated energised environment. Hatha Yoga Overcome daily stress and increase wellbeing by working with posture (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). Hatha Yoga is great for stress relief and stretching.
Circuit Increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone! Using a variety of equipment positioned at different stations, this conditioning session targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles. Increase strength, energy and vitality through dynamic movement with meditation designed to improve body awareness, physiological and anatomical alignment.
Cycle A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you are in control.

A 30 minute abdominal/core workout for the upper, lower and side abdominal areas, as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers.
