Information on Classes

Cycle A non-impact indoor cycle class that is as much about inspiration as it is perspiration. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and experience. An excellent fat burning class where you are in control. NRG Force The simple, yet powerful choreography of NRG combined with light weight resistance work throughout the entire session; with a focus on tummy, hips and thighs.
Cycle Plus
An intense 60 minute session that challenges your endurance and fitness levels. Benefits of a regular cycle class PLUS extra hills and sprints pressing your limits. Challenge yourself! Step Boost your workout with moves that are choreographed on, over and around a height adjustable step. The simple and powerful moves provide an energetic atmosphere while helping to shape and tone the entire lower body.
Circuit Increase your metabolism and improve your muscle tone! Using a variety of equipment positioned at different stations, this conditioning session targets fitness levels, burns fat and sculpts muscles. Buffed Bar Work all the major muscle groups via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. This class is an effective way to get into shape with fat-burning, endurance and strength benefits.
Core Ball A low impact class focusing on core strength training and conditioning using exercise balls. Pilates A session that improves core strength, flexibility and posture. Tone and strengthen the deep and superficial abdominals, gluteals, hips and thighs.
Sculpt Ball Focusing on your core, this strength conditioning exercise ball session burns fat, while toning and sculpting your muscles in a weights orientated energised environment. Hatha Yoga Overcome daily stress and increase wellbeing by working with posture (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). Hatha Yoga is great for stress relief and stretching.
NRG Incorporating high/low intensity moves with organised movements for a cardiovascular workout, NRG comprises of motivating aerobic routines designed to burn fat and raise your heart rate for an energised workout. Dance Have fun and burn calories while learning the fundamental techniques. Learn to Salsa, Cha-cha, Mambo, Samba and groove your way through explosive dance routines that will leave you wanting more.
