Personal Training

Personal Training is a very popular service which offers both male and female instructors who are available for 1:1 or group sessions (maximum group size of 5 people).

Why have a Personal Trainer?

We’re all busy making sure that every second in our life counts for something important. So why not use your time at the Monash Sport Fitness Centre effectively and efficiently by working with a personal trainer 1-on-1 or in groups of five.

Personal trainers will maximise your workout by keeping you motivated, keep your intensity levels up, and even monitor your fitness level progress.

Your trainer will make changes to your program as required. As a result, many people who employ Personal Trainers report substantial improvements in the physical results they attain.

What does Personal Training involve?

After completing your induction, your trainer will set out a clear, challenging and non-repetitive workout plan specifically designed for your needs. The trainer will continue to monitor your progress and adapt your plan as your needs and fitness change.

All staff have a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, and have completed or are completing tertiary degrees to satisfy strict employment qualification guidelines. Level 1 Anthropometry (skinfold assessment) and First Aid qualifications are also a requirement of employment. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to approach our staff.
