Personal Training
Only recently being implemented, Personal Training is a service that with time is sure to become more and more popular. Both male and female instructors are available for 1:1 or group sessions (maximum group size of 5 people).
Why have a Personal Trainer?
Finding time to train in today's busy society is not easy. Making sure that you use that time effectively is even harder! Many people that work out in a gym find that staying motivated, working consistently at the right intensity, and monitoring progress is a time consuming and difficult task.
However, working with your own Personal Trainer can alleviate many of these problems. Your trainer will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor your progress, making changes to your program as required. As a result, many people who employ Personal Trainers report substantial improvements in the physical results they attain.
What does Personal Training involve?
Working with a Personal Trainer removes all the guesswork from your program. All you need to do is turn up for your appointment dressed in your workout gear. Your Personal Trainer will utilise the information gained from you induction to provide motivating, effective and challenging workouts for you to do. No more repetitive programs. Your Personal Trainer will continue to adapt your program as you improve, and continuously consult with you regarding your likes and dislikes, level of satisfaction and feedback regarding your training sessions.
All staff have completed or are completing tertiary degrees to satisfy strict employment qualification guidelines. Level 1 Anthropometry (skinfold assessment) and First Aid qualifications are also a requirement of employment. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to approach our staff.
