Bookings for Group Fitness ClassesClayton Campus Phone: 9905 4103 Group Fitness Classes and DescriptionsHi-Lo/StepThe hybrid class is divided into Hi-Lo and Step formats. The Hi-Lo component combines low and high impact aerobics. The Step component is a great workout for the legs, hips, bum, thighs and calves. "Step" classes are also one of the most enjoyable classes in which to participate. Places are limited (45 steps avaliable) so be early to avoid the disappointment. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Step 'n' SculptThe hybrid class is divided into Step and Sculpt formats. The "sculpt" section emphasises arm toning while the "step" takes care of legs. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Big TeeAn hour of power! Basic moves are choreographed into interesting routines for a challenging low impact aerobic and toning workout, for beginner to intermediate level. Grab your favourite oversized tee-shirt and join in this fun class. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. New BodyThis class uses hand weights and incorporates "travelling" (ie. forward and lateral movements) moves as well. It is a popular class for those wanting to work just that little bit harder without the complexity of learning detailed choreography. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. InterAn intermediate level class with one of our most popular instructors. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Hi - NRGA high-octane aerobics class concentrating on all aspects of aerobics without steps or handweights. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Hi/LoA high energy class combining low and high impact aerobics with floor work for abdominals. For intermediate to advanced participants. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Tae-boxA wildly popular high energy cardio-kickboxing class. It incorporates a combination of upper and lower body movements in a dynamic class. This ain't self defence, this is fun! This class is offered at Clayton Campus. Circuit TrainingThese classes incorporate aerobic exercise with weight and resistance training, in a Circuit format. Many stations are used with little rest between, thus promoting cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. An increasingly popular form of workout so please be early. BYO drink bottle and towel. This class is offered at Clayton Campus. STEP SculptThis class utilizes STEP movements as well as hand weights. Great for an overall tone! This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. ChallengerPrag's special mix of circuit and martial arts. For those who enjoy an unknown challenge. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. STEP (Beginner)A great way to improve fitness and to tone. A fun and dynamic way to shape up. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. TRIIncorporating STEP, High Low and sculpt. These incorporate STEP, handweights and high impact movements which forms a great class for the aerobics enthusiast. Great 3 in 1 class. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. PowersculptUsing bars to do weight training to music. Great for overall toning and muscle conditioning. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus and Peninsula Campus. BodyToneA low impact class that incorporates hand weights and toning for the entire body. This class follows the "Tummy, hips and thighs" format and is an excellent introduction to aerobics, as well as a great workout for those "problem" areas. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. Cardio KickBoxingDesigned with a mix of martial arts combinations including kicking, punching and blocking. For those who like to 'punch' and 'kick'. Great fun and easy to master, as well as a great cardiovascular workout. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. Tummy, Hips, ThighsA low impact class focusing on the toning of the entire body. It can incorporate hand weights. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus and Peninsula Campus. Beg StepA low impact class focusing on the toning of the entire body. It can incorporate hand weights. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. Latin DanceThis is a dance class based around Latino Dance moves. Highly recommended for those who love dancing for fitness. This class is offered at Caulfield Campus. BootcampA high impact, military style class. This is a challenging class designed for everybody, combining cardio and strength components in both an internal and external environment. Are you up for the challenge?
