Cardio Box

Lose weight, tone muscle, stress release, increase confidence and strength!

Boxing sessions are a great way to improve physical health and fitness while also developing overall body strength and assisting weight loss.

Cardio Box involves boxing technique, pad holding, structured around the complete mind and body workout. Learn safe technique in a controlled environment catering for beginners and those more advanced.

Cardio Box is a great way to get fit in a group environment, meet new people, and encourage each other to work out hard.

Sessions are held twice a week, commencing Monday 20 October:

Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm and Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm
