About The Monash Access Program
Monash Sport's weekly exercise program for people with disabilities provides
low impact weight movement, cardio work outs and a relaxation program. Held at the Caulfield and Peninsula campuses. This popular program has seen an increase in participant’s fitness,
health and wellbeing.
The true success has been shown by a couple of members who used to
attend the weekly sessions, who now access the centre more than twice a week on
their own.
Caulfield: Off site Monday 9:30am
Thursday 5:00pm and Friday 1:30pm
Peninsula: Monday and Wednesday 10:45am
Monash Sport run lots of different activities for the community, such as group fitness classes, exercise programs aimed at the elderly, walking groups that cater for all abilities along with programs such as Yoga, general exercise and resistance training programs.
Monash Sport also offer weekly sessions of table tennis, badminton, indoor soccer and basketball for the community.
