Healthy Eating and Training (HEAT)Your first step is to meet with your HEAT consultant who will discuss your personal eating style and habits and your current physical activity and weight loss approach. Your HEAT consultant will then develop a program to enable you to increase and maintain your health and fitness! Moderate physical activity is an important element of your health and wellbeing and weight management so your HEAT consultant will also incorporate an activity plan into your program. Your HEAT consultant will meet with you one on one each week to discuss your progress and provide advice and support to help you achieve your goals. At your first consultation, you will be provided with an eating and activity diary to enable you to monitor your eating and exercise patterns. In addition to the weekly one on one consultations, there is an opportunity to participate in weekly HEAT Personal Training consultations which is a great way to stay motivated and achieve your health and fitness goals. The 12 week program with Personal Training costs $700 GST incl. Monash University staff have the option of salary sacrifice.
