Healthy Body, Healthy Mind - 10 visits in October!

 

As our world continues to evolve we need to ensure that we maintain a high level of physical and mental health.

Monash Sport as part of Mental Health week would like to assist all members to ensure they are looking after their physical and mental health by challenging them to complete 10 sessions of physical exercise during the month of October.

Members that complete the challenge will go in the draw to win great prizes!

What you need to do to participate

1. Collect a 'Healthy Body, Healthy Mind' card from a Monash Sport Service Desk or take one from the 'smiley face' at a Monash Sport facility

2. Each time you visit you will need to get your 'Healthy Body, Healthy Mind' card marked

3. Once you have completed 10 visits, go to a Monash Sport Service Desk and your card will be put into a ballot box for the prize pool

Visits

The following activities count towards visits, and you can visit as many times as you like in one day:

Prize pool

1 x 1 GB Flash MP3 player

1 x signed Melbourne Victory guernsey

1 x double pass to Day 3 of the Boxing Day Test Match at the MCG

3 x Fit Camp entries

3 x 10 hour passes for a court sport* of your choice (* sports vary between campuses)
