Group Fitness

Group fitness is a fun and effective way to maintain and improve your health. Monash Sport offers a variety of group fitness classes for members across our locations at Caulfield, Clayton and Peninsula. With over 50 classes offered per week including TRX suspension, group cycle, Les Mills classes and Swim Fit, there is always something exciting for everyone.

All our group fitness classes are suited to all fitness levels to ensure that each participant has the ability to set and meet their individual fitness goals.

Group Fitness Timetables

  • Caulfield - Semester 1, 2012. Effective Monday 20 February.
  • Clayton - Semester 1, 2012. Effective Monday 20 February.
  • Peninsula - Semester 1, 2012. Effective Monday 27 February.
