Fit Camp

Lunchtime sessions now at Clayton!

We are pleased to announce that we are extending our program offerings to a lunchtime time slot to encourage further participants to get involved in the Fit Camp program.

What is Fit Camp?

Fit Camp is a six week fun, social, challenging and rewarding way of training. For those about to embark on their first fitness program or looking for a new challenge Fit Camp is for you.

Some of the results you can expect to see include;

  • reduced body fat
  • muscle tone
  • increased cardiovascular fitness
  • strength gains

All Fit Camp sessions are conducted by qualified personal trainers who will help guide, motivate and monitor each participant’s progress. Sessions go for 45 minutes during lunchtimes or 60 minutes during morning sessions twice per week, and the program runs for six weeks (12 sessions), although some alterations may occur.

Fit Camps are on at:

Caulfield: Commencing Tuesday 8 May:

Tuesday & Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm (2 sessions per week).

Clayton: Commencing Monday 28 May, finishing Thursday 5 July

Monday & Thursday 12.15 - 1pm (2 sessions per week).

Registration forms and payment MUST be recieved by Sunday 27 May
