The information on this form is collected for the primary purpose of registering you as a guest at the Monash University Alpine Lodge. Other purposes of collection include informing you of future promotions, events and alpine lodge booking details in the future.

If you choose not to complete all the questions on this form, it may not be possible for the University to contact you with the necessary booking information, confirmation and alpine lodge detail.

Personal information may also be disclosed to contracted service providers which the University uses to perform services on its behalf (such as tour companies, banks, mailing houses, logistics and IT service providers) and to comply with legislative reporting requirements.

You have a right to access personal information that Monash University holds about you, subject to any exceptions in relevant legislation. If you wish to seek access to your personal information or inquire about the handling of your personal information, please contact the University Privacy Officer.
